Let's transform that space together!

I used to be the girl who wandered around Home Depot, asking employees where every single item on my list was. That store can be overwhelming! Then I stumbled across this website feature, and it changed everything!

That’s why I provide links to all the items you need for your projects—it’ll make your shopping experience SO MUCH EASIER!

There are actually three easy ways to shop at Home Depot, and I’ll start with my favorites:

1. Online Search for In Store Products at Your Store Location

First, make sure you’ve selected the correct store you’ll be shopping at. For example, I’m shopping at the Sports Arena location.

If your location is incorrect, just click on it, enter your zip code, and select the right store.

Once you’re on the right store page, use either the search feature or one of the links to get to the product page on their website.

On both desktop and mobile, the product details (including location) will be listed below the product image, like this:

This one feature gives you so much information! However, the key details for me are aisle and bay—this will take you directly to where the product is located in-store.

  • In stock: This shows whether the item is in stock and how many are available. (Keep in mind, the stock info isn’t always 100% accurate, which can be frustrating!)
  • Aisle: Tells you which aisle the product is in.
  • Bay: Each aisle is divided into several bays, which narrows down the exact spot.
  • Text to Me: You can have this information texted to you.
  • Share: Share the product details with someone else.
  • Save to Favorites: Save the item to your favorites list for later.
  • Print: If you’re old-school, you can print the information out.

2. Same Day Store Pickup

Talk about making life easier! You can add all the items you need to a pickup order and have them ready for same-day pickup.

The only reason this isn’t my number one choice is that I’m usually running to the store and need things right away. Pickup takes a few hours, as they need time to shop for you.

3. Delivered to Your Doorstep

Home Depot has really stepped up their shipping game to compete with Amazon! They even offer same day shipping on select items.

If you’re a planner, you can order everything you need ahead of time and skip the store entirely. Even better, shipping is free on orders over $45!

I mean, can they make it any easier for us?!

I hope you found these shopping tips helpful. Don’r forget, I link everything in my blog posts so that you can shop the lists even easier!
