I can't emphasize enough how amazing my experience was! Erica effortlessly brought my vision to life and made the entire process incredibly smooth. I'm convinced that I'll never undertake another home renovation without her by my side.

I've always enjoyed the creative process of envisioning ideas for homes, but bringing them to life has been a challenge—until I met Erica. Her exceptional organizational skills, responsiveness, and attention to detail turned what could have been stressful projects into enjoyable experiences. With Erica on board, not only was the process stress-free, but it was also fun!

One of the highlights of working with Erica was being able to see detailed vision boards of what each room would look like, paired with perfectly organized order sheets with pricing details so nothing was overlooked. This level of organization and clarity made the entire process a breeze and allowed me to focus my time elsewhere.

Coming into this with no experience was a daunting task, but partnering with Erica was hands down the best decision I could have made. She supported me with both project management and the design aspect of the Airbnb.

Erica is incredibly talented in many ways, but just to highlight a few areas where she truly impressed me:

Communication – Erica sent daily updates and was easy to reach throughout the entire project. She has great relationships with a team of subcontractors and kept everyone on track to ensure we completed the remodel before summer.

Design/Inspiration – I gave Erica an idea of what I wanted for the house, and she delivered on my vision. She presented several options and came up with so many cool and unique ideas for the Airbnb to help attract more guests. She CRUSHED IT! I couldn’t be happier with the design of the house.

Organization – Erica broke everything down in multiple Excel documents with pricing and links to purchase materials, furniture, etc., and even put together a series of videos to explain her vision for each room and area. Additionally, she kept me on track with ordering everything at the right time to avoid any delays.

Lastly, for someone like me—who was very new to real estate, construction, and Airbnb—Erica was an incredible wealth of knowledge. I had a million questions, and she was always so helpful and patient. She has truly been a coach and mentor throughout the entire project. I'm already looking forward to working with her on the next one!
